We were on vacation with my family in Spain and got into a stalemate with a snowfall in Kyiv (March 23, 2013). The Mau airline refused us, they refused to fly or resettle that day. The Tui took over everything, although they owe us nothing We had a great vacation for 4 days! (and some were even longer, 4-5 days, until Kyiv accepted everyone). We paid for food.
