Horror! My husband and I ordered a tour to Uman. On the phone, the girl said that she would send payment details and that only after payment would she tell the bus number and departure time. I paid for everything. By the evening before the day of departure, they called me back and said that the tour was canceled. They offered a trip around the Kharkiv region and a bunch of other nonsense.
