Overall, not bad
Pros: price, location, staff. Minor cons: they "forget" to bring water, the lack of free WiFi, which was very surprising - given that the country is not poor... In general, everything is fine: the breakfasts are good, hearty, the hotel is 10 minutes by taxi and 120 rubles, the staff is very polite.

Excellent travel agency
I bought a tour in the UAE in this travel agency, the tour agent Natalya helped me choose a tour that suited me in all respects, patiently and professionally answered many of my questions. Also, when there were problems with the tour (it was required to rebook to another person), she helped to re-register everything quickly and competently, contacted all the necessary authorities and offered several options for solving this situation.
