Terrible travel agency! I ordered an excursion to the Borzhava meadows, in front of me the seller called the dispatcher, specified the place on the bus, date, time, landing place, and also briefly told the route. No signs of trouble. BUT, firstly, they forgot to pick me up, it’s good that there was some number on the ticket, I called, a guy drove up and caught up with my bus.
