I do not recommend working with Black Jack travel agency
We ordered an excursion tour through an employee of the travel agency Svetlana. Unfortunately, we stumbled upon unprofessionalism on her part: constant confusion with documents and money, absolute disinterest in helping to choose a hotel. As a result, instead of coming once to give documents and money, we went to her 3 times, once she came herself, having confused something with the timing.
