Very bad service
We went on vacation with my family to Egypt through the tour operator News Travel. I got the impression that the guys just take advantage of the moment and beat the money. Upon arrival at the Egyptian hotel (7.30 am) we were waiting for the room until 12.30, as the check-in is from 14.00. After a scandal with the manager, we were settled earlier. Question: does the tour operator not know the rules or do they care when to send the charter? Tourists will suffer.
