I bought a coupon for a trip to the Crimea from Samara through Groupon: 2 adults on the coupon and a child directly 10,000 rubles were paid to the BS Travel account. A week before departure, a letter arrived that the group was not recruited and they were ready to return the money. The fact that the group was not recruited they knew back in mid-June, only they decided to notify about it at the end of July.
