I thought it was good, but I was wrong...
I will not contact you again. I chose it as a last-minute tour, for 239 euros, at the end of 429, for which nothing but spent nerves could be obtained. My opinion is that a serious travel company will not contact hotels like "Balaton".

Location is good but service and coffee are terrible
Recommended tour operator NOVATOURS. I do not recommend doing business with this company. WORSE FOOD, COFFEE AND SERVICE I HAVE NEVER MET ANYWHERE The hotel does not have properly trained staff, trainees work and, apparently, losers.
