HORRIBLE!!!! I tried to get advice 3 times, not a single operator could answer my question about visa entry and about the activities included in the tour price. They hung up three times. If they work on the phone like that, I don't even want to know how they work on tours. Brad is complete!!!!!! I won't even waste my time on them!
