+ Great cosmetics - L'Occitane! Good beds and amazing linens. Also liked the view from the room and the Nespresso coffee machine. The room has: bathrobes with slippers, safe, hairdryer, mini-fridge and ironing board with iron. Public underground parking (40 lei per day) with the entrance to the Hotel. - Absolutely indifferent and disinterested front desk staff! When checking in, they didn't even ask for the number of the Club member! And when leaving, they generally hid their eyes to the floor, they didn’t seem to see me and pretended to be very busy! They were not at all interested in whether I liked it in their Hotel or not; whether everything was fine, etc.

They were not at all interested in whether I liked it in their Hotel or not; whether everything was fine, etc. They didn't even say goodbye or wish me a good trip! The front desk service is just terrible! And, of course, it does not correspond to a 5 * Hotel!
