The bathroom is also compact. I got a room with a terrace, and this turned out to be an unexpected plus: I wanted to see Bucharest from above and was looking for an observation deck to visit. But there are no skyscrapers in Bucharest — and in fact, this terrace of the room became the observation deck I was looking for. Panoramic view from it on all three sides.

Now about the problems — there are two of them, and they are terrible.

The first is the heat. The warm floor, the regulator does not work, and the room is stuffy. It is solved by opening the windows and doors, but with the doors open, there is street noise. It's April now, at night it's about 10-12 degrees, so you can ventilate, but I can't imagine what to do in winter

The second problem is worse - the constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. It doesn't smell faintly, it stinks! Even with the fan on, it doesn't go away, and it also spreads into the room...
