Hotel ratings by criteria:
stayed at the hotel for christmas 2008. The overall impression of the hotel is not bad. But there are shortcomings that greatly spoil the matter.
But I'll start in order: number-score 3. We had a big double. The bed stood in a niche formed by the sloping roof. We had bouts of fun when my husband loudly banged his head against the ceiling (not used to it yet). TV and Truth in Romanian and English. Housekeeping is impeccable - score 5. towels changed every day. Bed - did not notice, and thank God that did not change. They disinfect it and I just suffocated from this smell. There were no slippers in the room, but shampoos, etc. replenished every day. WORK OF THE RECEPTION-5. Always helped.
And now about the main thing . . The biggest minus is the work of the waiters. We saw how in Turkey the waiters were literally built (in a row) and the manager trained very strongly every morning. Then the husband called the waiters Wallachian princes! They are arrogant, do not smile even to a child. Tables are not cleared. One took a tip for cleaning the table, but did not clean the table and went home. In general, there was a feeling that there was not enough food for everyone. The pool is paid, it's true - 30 lei from the nose. And the hotel is not happy with children. On the floor, the doors are literally not closed to the roof, there is no microwave, for example, there were high chairs in the dining room somewhere, but be sure to ask for them! They don't offer. The mythical bus to the center exists, but everyone went on foot. But my friends, this is redeemed by the beauty of the resort, the intrigue of this poor but beautiful country inhabited by cordial, simple people (not waiters).
