Let me remind you of the night, it is dark, the signs are invisible. By the way: all staff who are not busy with vacation procedures suffer from this. Nurses and cleaners are even ready to see you off if you are looking for something. But the “managers” and “dispatchers” will talk “through the lip”, and if they wave their hand, it’s not a fact that they are in the right direction, they have been tested on themselves. They settled in building 3, there are five in total, 1 and 2 near the sea. Top floor, no elevator. The room is luxurious, two rooms. Everything you need for relaxation. In the presence of a refrigerator, kettle, TV, wardrobe with 14 hangers, 2 balconies, dishes for 2 persons (although the dishes turned out to be unwashed, the knife and teaspoons were sticky). I must say right away that there are 4 halls, conditions are different everywhere. We were in the "pink", the menu is a buffet. They fed deliciously. . . Truly delicious and varied. 4-5 types of salad, 3 types of porridge, 2-3 types of side dish. 2-3 types of meat, always one type of fish, 3-4 soups, 2 types of fruit, a coffee machine with 8 varieties of coffee (from beans), 2 types of tea, awesome pastries, pancakes for breakfast (baked right there in front of you). The staff of the dining room are just GREAT, thank you very much. I can’t say for sure how it was in other halls, but I heard different things from vacationers from “good” to “very good. bad, then one is missing, then the other is missing. But in the "Pink Hall" everything was GOOD. Purpose of procedures: Nightmare Horror. We stood in line for 2.5 hours. They survived, because there was nowhere to sit down, and the “medical procedures manager” spent, on average, 22 minutes per vacationer (yes, I timed it again). In other sanatoriums, they simply took away books from us and told us when to pick them up, in the “Southern Seaside” - figurines, STOP and WAIT. Distribution of procedures "Your song. The devices are old, there is a shortage of them, some are in a semi-serviceable state (either the timer does not work, or the wires are faulty and spliced ​ ​ onto blue electrical tape). But everywhere there are repairs and even disposable diapers and napkins, and in the baths and on the mud they even give out towels. But in the bathrooms and the mud baths, there are no hair dryers at all (well, they don’t exist at all, not in the booths, not in the lobby). Entertainment: none on site. Once a week, a show in a bar, entrance from 500 rubles. And a movie once a week. This is not serious. I admit that there were some other entertainments, but they regularly forgot to notify vacationers about them. Toward the end: They made me take an EKG, so the staff lost both it and the conclusion. Conclusions: "Yuzhnoye Vzmorye" is a good rest home, but you need to have good health, if you come here for treatment, for your own money.
