The road from the hotel to most bus routes passes through the station, as we were warned in advance by the travel agency.
The food at the hotel is simple but delicious. Meatballs, meatballs, fish, buckwheat for garnish, pasta, vegetable salads. Various salad dressings. Breakfast cereals are oversweetened. It is impossible for a person who eats everything without sugar to have breakfast with these cereals. Buns are dry. If you come to the end of the time allotted for food, then some dishes are no longer available.
And the most important thing that spoiled the whole impression of the hotel: they refused to change a towel with some kind of stain, arguing that they hand over the linen for cleaning and they will not accept it, and they give only clean towels for this cleaning. They offered to pay 350 rubles for dry cleaning (dry cleaning for a stain that can be washed in a conventional machine), or wash the stain ourselves. The stain was perfectly washed off with ordinary soap and cold water in the sink, but the residue remained.
When we checked out, we didn’t ask to rewash the pillowcases and vacuum after ourselves, for which we thank you.
