We rested in the "Cypress" company of 6 people (three couples). The hotel is cozy, the staff is sincere, the food was delicious - I liked everything! Every day we went to Krasnaya Polyana to ski. The administrator immediately offered us pleasant services: we bought ski passes at the hotel itself, there was a free ski dryer. Our company is large, we were afraid that it would be inconvenient to get there, we would not fit into the car alone. But it turned out that the hotel has a minibus that can accommodate up to 7 people, so we all went together. They got to the resort quickly, despite the busy roads. They also offered us lunch boxes, at first they refused, but after visiting Krasnaya Polyana and seeing the prices in the cafe, they immediately changed their minds. It is much cheaper to take food with you. We arrived at the hotel right in time for dinner, then went to the center for a walk, go to bars or nightclubs. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center is only 5-10 minutes on foot. Thanks to the administration and the hotel staff for the high level of service, the rest was great. Look forward to visiting us in the summer!
