NIGHTMARE. It's just awful, not a hotel!!!!! ! The room doesn't even have coat hangers to hang things up. Yes, what hangers are elementary shelves not in the closet, I had to keep things in a suitcase. Then, there are no dryers, so I had to tie between the two shoelaces and dry the clothes like that. A separate story with an ENDLESS interruption of light. I understand that people came to rest and they are not in the room, but in the evening when you return, you want to boil the kettle and wash NOT WITH A FLASHLIGHT. If there is a problem with the light, why not install a generator like other hotels do that think about the comfort of the guests. In general, the owners of this "hotel" did not properly respond to all comments so that we could wash the floors, we had to tell the administrator and then sit and wait until the maid was free, and why should I wait when I could spend this time on something more important. Change of towels and linen was also made only with my reminder, because. e. if someone does not say so and will use dirty linen and towels. At the end of our holiday, there was another incident - it turns out they had to leave the room at 8.00, but NOBODY warned about this in advance and for each subsequent hour of stay there is an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the administrator (if she does not know) to tell people in advance about the check-out time, I think this is done on purpose in order to additionally rip people off money. I did not pay anything extra, let them first increase the service, and then they take some fees. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE and of course I will not come there myself. The price-quality ratio is 1:1 out of a ten-point scale!!!!! !
