I just read the review of Elena from Omsk, our situation was very similar ...People, read the detailed review so as not to get like us ...My son and I, 5 years old from Novosibirsk, decided to go to the sea for the first time, try on our territory (Russia), to improve their health, but it turned out the other way around ....We booked a hotel, they didn’t come to the airport to meet us, although they promised ...I had to agree to the services of uncles standing at the airport with signs "Apartments, cottages. " They persuaded us to rest in a cottage, just like Elena from Omsk, they advertised the proximity of the resort town, supposedly 5 minutes to the beach, they talked about the pool, the room with amenities ...The cottage was actually on the 2nd line, go it was necessary this notorious st. Lenin along the transitional elevated bridge, further to the cottage uphill and 3 more stairs with steps.

We rested in the heat of +38 and it was very difficult for us, Siberians, especially for my child, to go uphill, go up and down the transitional bridge. It got hysterical. And it was necessary to climb the bridge many times a day - to go to the beach and from the beach (to the beach, by the way, 15 minutes, not 5 .. ), go for groceries to the store, to the pharmacy, and eat in the dining room, because near there are no shops, no cafes, no canteens, no pharmacies (note, this is very important) for the nearest kilometer! A stove for heating food and a kettle are on their roof, it was necessary to go up and down from our room on the 4th floor on a steep staircase with boiling water to stupidly drink tea. There is no promised pool, the tiny courtyard is stupidly concreted, there is not even grass ...There was no refrigerator, air conditioner in the room, although they promised ...

We were provided with a room that was not cleaned, dirt on the floor, toilet, bath not cleaned, the shower was leaking, when I said this, they didn’t like it, they started yelling that for 1200 r a day they would not clean it, and it’s so cheap . . not gave towels, toilet. papers, etc. everything that is supposed to be in a normal hotel . . The Armenian hosts are unwashed, angry, only grandmas flash in their eyes, they didn’t even let the child drink water when he asked, they sent him to the roof for a kettle, and there it was hot + 40, roofing felt melted ......Money is taken immediately for all 25 days, apparently, so as not to change their minds or find a better one. In the cottage, nothing is washed at all after vacationers, no chlorination, no dishes, no toilets, no refrigerators, no floor. WARNING, IT IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH TO BE THERE!

In this cottage, all vacationers, without exception, and their children, with us, were ill, sorry, with loose stools and fever, vomiting ...

For medicines, they ran to the nearest pharmacy for a kilometer in turn, across the same bridge and uphill. Terrible! The child began to ask to go home! The ambulance arrived after 4 hours, could not find such an address, a backwater in a dead end, and because there are many calls. They try to take out the garbage in the city, but in the evening it is stuffy, there is no wind and the stench of sour slops constantly haunted. I still thought that the sea would smell on the shore ....The water in the area of u200bu200bthe beach of the resort town is very dirty, from the street. Chkalov, a sewer pipe flows directly into the sea, the stench stands in such heat (there was no wind and rain all month) it makes you feel sick when you approach the sea ...There is a railway a few meters along the beach and everything that flies from the train flies to sea, or on the beach, or on you, when you lie down, you sunbathe ...After the storm, we saw so much garbage on the shore that it's a shame to write here . . I wish our children weren't sick ..

In short, I got tired of all this and a week later my son and I went to look for another place of residence, the owner returned some of the money to us somehow, but took another 2 extra days, supposedly a fine for booking ...He yelled at me with mothers for about 10 minutes, little eyes I bulged my own, almost burst ...while I was collecting things, I almost threw myself into a fight that I was leaving ahead of schedule ...I was really scared of this freak! 2 more families with whom we made friends in this cottage changed tickets and left this Ashot ahead of time for the same reason, they did not like the continuous inconvenience and the children did not recover from poisoning! And after this cottage and the beach, we ended up with a child in the city hospital No. 6 in Adler with indigestion and vomiting. They called an ambulance, arrived after 4.5 hours, there were a lot of calls among vacationers, she threw us out in front of the emergency room on the street, on a bench, and there were 6-7 people in front of us, both adults and children, they put us all together in one hospital...

They forgot to give pills in the hospital, I went, I reminded every time, they were stuffed with antibiotics, but nothing happened to the child, he lay in the corridor on the couch for 3 days, and I slept on a chair with him . . neither wash nor sleep ...We suffered there, horror! . . Every day they put more and more new ones with the same infection. The wards are not covered with quartz, the floors are not cleaned with bleach...Doctors didn't come for rounds, then they lost our card, stopped treating them, they said that we were no longer registered here, supposedly we were discharged. Other nurses managed to confuse medicines . . I followed strictly what my child was given and dripped. There is no real diagnosis in the discharge document, but they wrote an exacerbation of chronic gastroduodenitis ...Apparently they are forbidden to write like that! There is something to hide! The mess is full! Nearby is a ready-made new hospital, so they don’t open it, they said, we’ll open it for the Olympics!

Well, let our children on the couches in the corridors continue to lie under droppers. The authorities are busy with the construction of Olympic facilities, for everything else we .....be.

We then found a normal place in the center of Adler, near the central embankment, the beach is clean, the water is also more or less, it takes only a minute to walk from home to the sea, without bridges and cheaper. There were plenty of shops and pharmacies around and we were lucky with the second owners. They turned out to be responsive. True, after the hospital, our throat immediately hurt, our immunity seems to have suffered greatly from the intestines ...Now at home we are already treating a runny nose and throat, and so, in principle, we managed to tan even a little ...I don’t know if we will benefit from "such a sea "! Better than Turkey! Although I was a patriot to the last!
