There is no promised pool, the tiny courtyard is stupidly concreted, there is not even grass ...There was no refrigerator, air conditioner in the room, although they promised ...
We were provided with a room that was not cleaned, dirt on the floor, toilet, bath not cleaned, the shower was leaking, when I said this, they didn’t like it, they started yelling that for 1200 r a day they would not clean it, and it’s so cheap . . not gave towels, toilet. papers, etc. everything that is supposed to be in a normal hotel . . The Armenian hosts are unwashed, angry, only grandmas flash in their eyes, they didn’t even let the child drink water when he asked, they sent him to the roof for a kettle, and there it was hot + 40, roofing felt melted ......Money is taken immediately for all 25 days, apparently, so as not to change their minds or find a better one. In the cottage, nothing is washed at all after vacationers, no chlorination, no dishes, no toilets, no refrigerators, no floor. WARNING, IT IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH TO BE THERE!

And after this cottage and the beach, we ended up with a child in the city hospital No. 6 in Adler with indigestion and vomiting. They called an ambulance, arrived after 4.5 hours, there were a lot of calls among vacationers, she threw us out in front of the emergency room on the street, on a bench, and there were 6-7 people in front of us, both adults and children, they put us all together in one hospital...
They forgot to give pills in the hospital, I went, I reminded every time, they were stuffed with antibiotics, but nothing happened to the child, he lay in the corridor on the couch for 3 days, and I slept on a chair with him . . neither wash nor sleep ...We suffered there, horror! . . Every day they put more and more new ones with the same infection. The wards are not covered with quartz, the floors are not cleaned with bleach...Doctors didn't come for rounds, then they lost our card, stopped treating them, they said that we were no longer registered here, supposedly we were discharged. Other nurses managed to confuse medicines . . I followed strictly what my child was given and dripped. There is no real diagnosis in the discharge document, but they wrote an exacerbation of chronic gastroduodenitis ...Apparently they are forbidden to write like that! There is something to hide! The mess is full! Nearby is a ready-made new hospital, so they don’t open it, they said, we’ll open it for the Olympics!
