The high level of service and the comfortable atmosphere of the stay left my husband and I with exceptionally pleasant impressions! Special thanks for the excellent cuisine, the cleanliness of the room. The chef is fire! Our added kilograms are solely on his conscience, it is simply impossible to refuse the dishes presented on the menu, such yummy!! ! We lived in a hotel, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable, have everything you need, large balconies with a seating area. Our friend lived in a cottage, but our room was much better!
I liked the procedures in the clinic, medical massage, baths. The huge territory is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday, there are many comfortable benches where you can read a book, just enjoy the surrounding nature, take a walk. With the full load of the hotel, people were practically not met. We enjoyed riding horses. The horses are well-groomed, the instructor Vasily conducted a wonderful tour for us, a special thank you to him! We went fishing, many thanks to Victor for the excellent organization of fishing. We did not use the pool, because due to the pandemic it could be booked individually for 10.000 rubles.
The beach worked, but it was impossible to swim, what was the reason for the ban was not recognized. Elena at the reception is a wonderful fairy of the hotel, who quickly and efficiently resolved any questions that arose, heartfelt gratitude to her for this! Well done for striving for perfection every day! The only thing that would change is that the carpet would be removed from the hotel rooms.
