Today we returned from Belokurikha, I also wanted to protect people from this terrible “nice place”, the "Safari" room. What Anna and Larisa write (on other sites) is a small part of this horror that we experienced while in this mini-hotel. The fact that they themselves write reviews on their website is understandable, since they don’t even have a section to leave a review, I wanted to, but not how, and I wonder how then all these people wrote reviews? tell the administration where to go, and I will also leave a review on your site. Believe me, not a single self-respecting woman who is somehow accustomed to cleanliness will not be able to leave a single positive review, it's simply not possible !!! ! We arrived at lunchtime, left our things and went for a walk, and in the evening we came late and did not realize right away move to another hotel, ran away only in the morning. Dirt like this everywhere is a nightmare, everything is flooded, dirty, from the curtains, such dust flies from all the covers. The windows and mirrors were washed with a dirty rag, and the dried-up stains remained to drain . . The linen did not smell of freshness at all after washing, at best it was simply ironed. And the bed was blinded from what was, indeed, as if dragged from the garbage heap. Dirty mattresses (oooooochen! ), With sagging springs, lie on the doors! That's the whole service! Now I am writing, and I myself am in shock from these memories. And one more stupidity of the administration, it is clear that only they leave reviews. Go to any review sites, for sure no mobile numbers or anyone ever writes - some kind of collective farm. Although you definitely have my number, and you don’t need to write, like others, that we didn’t have such a rest, that these are the machinations of competitors, and so on. Why am I writing this so that people can understand where they are going and not spoil their vacation.
