I arrived with a child at the sanatorium at 21:00 on 28.09. 2018 the room was not cleaned, we waited 40 minutes. The room is very cold and there is no heating. The air conditioner does not work for heating, and the temperature in the room shows 25 gr. even if there is plus 5. The bathroom tiles are broken. I was looking for a canteen on the buffet just what I would eat, and did not choose from dishes, what to say beetroot cutlets and carrot cabbage cutlets, the same dishes simply did not taste fresh and the child ate very badly.

You can’t swim in the pool because there are a lot of pensioners and visiting the pool is paid. In the shower, the sewer was clogged upon arrival, and when I went in to wash, dirt surfaced and stank. In the mornings, under the windows, the noise of bulgarians and the knocking make repairs. On the balcony, the corpses of insects in large numbers for all the time they were never removed. They even brought water upon arrival in bottles with polished corks. When opening the ring that should remain on the bottle, it twisted together with the cork, probably there was water from the tap. Some of the doctors are arrogant and not tactful, possibly the consequences of loneliness. It is necessary to go there if the sick are sick, I pursue the healthy there and try to heal. I want to go there again as soon as I retire.

After the road from Yekaterinburg, I wanted to relax, but it was not there.

The idea is simple: to see iconic places, breathe in the air along and, at the same time, heal. This is Belokurikha - period. After the road from Yekaterinburg, I wanted to relax, but it was not there. We ended up in a different world, with a different understanding of rest. “To heal a little” has become a new anecdote, which we now kindly laugh at. "Another vacation" quickly entered our lives and became a new life for us. After 12 days, we already realized with regret that we would not have received so much attention anywhere else. A good organization allowed us to go through a maximum of procedures and get the result - we are healthy, cheerful and cheerful. It was sad to leave, but it's nice to realize that we discovered Altai with its nature, air, and now with such care in the Belokurikha sanatorium.

I was surprised by the rich entertainment program throughout the day. It is impossible not to mention the water area of the Vodny Mir sanatorium. I really liked the children's pool of our daughter, who skillfully swims at her 3 years old, but we would really like the pool visitors to follow basic hygiene rules (hats, washing). Separate words about the equipment of the rooms (there is really everything you need). But smoking neighbors are a minus. In general, the holiday was a success!
