Well, I thought to close my eyes to this, but in vain. Now I understand why people write for nothing - I personally experienced such that if I had time I would write a few pages and describe everything so that people would not be deceived and would know. Okay, to the point. It’s a pity that you can’t attach a photo with the beds on which shreds of animal wool were... In general, to the point: It looks like quite decent buildings, but of course there are much better around. Check-in: We entered the building - we were immediately told to pay the entire cost of living, and only then discuss issues and show the room. Meals: Breakfast is free: What they call a buffet is like in the cafeteria at school, point your finger at what you want and they put you a drop. If you want to know what will be for breakfast, it is enough to visit lunch and dinner the day before. (All that remains of paid lunches and dinners, they give away for free for breakfast the next day). DO NOT take sushi - they are just disgusting, we took 2000 and threw everything away. They just don't know how to do it. And the sticks under the paper packaging were moldy. The waitress said OH))) and with a smile ran away with these sticks and after 10 minutes brought normal ones. Beach: what is called a private beach is nonsense, it is written that it is fenced and only for its own, but there is just Astoria cafe next to it and sun loungers are given free of charge on the cards. And as for people, there is no restriction, no fence. So about the fact that there are no people on their beach - a lie, just a common beach. Walk to it for 20-25 minutes. Not 5 as stated. Room: There is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. We went into the room and immediately had to run back - I looked at beds 1 - instead of a double bed, my brother had to sleep on shifted single beds, the mattresses on which were constantly moving apart and it turned out that you were just lying in a hole - on the base. 2- there was a show on our 2-bed bed... at first I discovered that there was a lot of hair there - apparently female and male, because long and short. I ran back to the reservation, told me that the bed was immediately replaced. But the dissatisfied cleaners said that there was no extra bed linen at all - and it was so clean. As if you would think - hair, what's wrong, it's just that people fall out of it, and we have to pull it out....SHOCK!! ! Okay, the linen was changed and okay, I wanted to relax and not spend my vacation on swearing. On the third day, change of underwear again. Night came, the child fidgets, woke up at night, roared for probably an hour and a half, we were already thinking of calling a doctor. But it seems they laid it down later. The next night it all happened again. When they themselves were lying, they thought that the linen was like that, everything was prickly, and then when the child burst into tears on the second night, they turned on the light and accidentally saw that his whole back was reddening, they began to disassemble the bed - and it was all covered in some kind of wool, all strewn with animal hair and 3 lumps animal hair was found - as if before laying the linen in the room, a pack of bald dogs slept on it. We were just in shock. That's horrible. Wash the child faster, wash yourself. So they didn't go to bed that night. In the morning I ran to the Administrator, she came, along with the cleaners to watch. She confirmed that she also sees this, that it is wool and clods of animal hair. This time the bed was changed to white - so that everything could be seen. (If it weren’t for the child, we would immediately pack our things and at least have 1 day left, but we would have found another place for ourselves) I ran to that MADAM from the reservation, I say that it’s just disgusting, we slept on some kind of wool for 2 days like from dogs, the child roared for 2 nights, we were worried, in short, not rest, but what the hell. What conditions did they give us, how is it even possible to make such beds. From this, even a non-squeamish person will feel sick. To which I was told that she doesn’t know anything, who puts what to whom, and she’s not going to deal with anyone, that she doesn’t care who goes where, who complains to whom, etc. Like, even if you file a lawsuit and write a million reviews, then all the same, a lot of people will come to them, because few people read the reviews. In general, she spoke so disgustingly and arrogantly, and then she simply said that she had to go, saying goodbye. how I regret that I came to her with a falling asleep child in my arms (since I couldn’t sleep at night). I had to calmly and quietly find out everything, but if I knew that it would be so, it would be better to just take this bed and this (Madame from the booking) face would just poke into this disgusting dirt. Pool: Nice pool, 3 sections. Only the truth is they were not cleaned often, when we arrived it was clean, but for all this time they were not cleaned, the bathers themselves pulled the leaves out of the pool. Children's playroom: - the only plus is that there is where to sit for adults. Lots of sofas. Toys - minuscule. The kids never even went there. Outcome: Never go there. Just a disgusting place with some disgusting people. Instead of apologizing and reassuring the people living with them, this habalka, on the contrary, runs over that she doesn’t care, there will supposedly be such a wagon and a small cart....Dirty, disgusting, uncomfortable and disgusting... Astoria's rating is -1. she deserves no more. I liked only one administrator (slender, dark, short) - benevolent, does not deceive anyone, fair.
