Rested in "Astoria" in ion 2011. The building is beautiful, the yard is cozy, there is a swimming pool, a pond with frogs, a playground and even a sauna, that's all the delights of this hotel complex. The rooms are not cozy, dirty, in one two-bed room they accommodate 3-4 people, in a family 4-bed room for 6 people. and even then they constantly move from room to room (they don’t even take into account that you have a baby. The bed is changed every two weeks, towels are not changed at all (since they don’t have them, they don’t have enough). The food is disgusting, mostly yesterday food, and not tasty. I suffered from poisoning twice. No service, they treat vacationers disgustingly, especially their manager Alexandra is worth it. She yells at everyone, snaps, even comes to insults (she herself saw how she insulted a woman). The staff is all tortured, not sociable (you can see they plow like horses without rest) I stayed there for 10 days, and I didn’t even get any rest - a complete hassle. It would be better not to go there. I will never go there again and I don’t advise you.
