This is not a number, but a complete devastation. The sockets are torn out with meat, there are no light bulbs in the lamps. Only the overhead light and socket in the bathroom work. I've been waiting for him for 2 hours. In response to my claims, they offered me another room, but there was the same devastation: lamps not working (bulbs burned out) and general shabby. The wallpaper is in a terrible state, is there really not enough time to fix the sockets, update cosmetics and so on for a long quarantine? The day is lost.
Yes, when you check into the room, the decanter and the glass will have to be washed by yourself, because it is dirty. That's COVID prevention for you. There is an ashtray full of gobies on the balcony. I did not expect such a boorish attitude towards guests for decent money in general.
After 2 hours of waiting, a man came (without a mask), who called himself the supply manager, looked and left. We have to wait further. Rude and waste of time and money.

2 breakfast dried bun or a sandwich with tea and what kind of food was given green because there was no black.
3 In front of the hotel canteen and construction site noise din shouting
4 there is a bar (Atmosphere) in which all the local golden youth hang out, cool cars, chicks, and so on. a branch of the bar on the 6th floor, so you can’t wait for the elevator as the waiters drive it! This bar is the only source of income.
5 No parking! Only for the money 350 rubles a day.
6 This is not a 3-star hotel, but two, and they themselves talk about it!
7 The staff treats you like you don't exist!
8 Inside the room, all the furniture is old, the doors do not close.
9 You can pierce the door to the room with your finger.
10 the pool they write is a small pool in the sauna in the basement that you need to rent for 700 rubles per hour.
11 To the beach where you can swim 1km because in front of the hotel the port is not allowed to swim there
12 In short, some minuses from the plus is that they were cleaned every day, but even that is crooked !! ! They could only replace the paper in the toilet with a balcony, they don’t go out at all.
The result is in the south in the exclusion zone Port among the golden youth of Anapa with hookahs and others. And the hotel has no security! Come pick up your things and dosvidos!
Do not see each other for a divorce about a super hotel and about price quality!
Friends rested nearby in the private sector rented 1ku for 2700 with a super repair and 3 minutes from the beach! Where I will not write to advertise.

rested in hotels with a family of 3 people for Easter. I liked the hotel for its cleanliness (although we saw only one maid Anna), the location close to the sea, close to all the entertainment. The administrator, Anya, didn’t like it very much when we arrived, we had to wait 8 minutes until she watched the transfer of house 2, and only after I repeatedly told her “she thinks she will settle us, ” she approached us with a disgruntled look of grumbling that she has personal time and We are in no hurry to get to where we are. … More ▾ rested in hotels with a family of 3 people for Easter. The smoky voice is unpleasant, he sees himself defiantly and there is no drop of respect for people. Such a cleansing that we came to her house and asks to live. After an evening walk, we had to wait 5 minutes for the keys, since Anya was talking on the phone and only when she finished the conversation asked what we wanted. We ask the hotel management to pay attention to this person. Which clearly sits not on its place. RS according to her husband she was having fun. I would like to thank the administrator Irina attentive, responsive, positive. We will arrive back in May, but first we will find out which of the administrators will work on the day of settlement.

Disgustingly terrible place, we took a standard room, we often visit the coast, there is something to compare with, even despite the discount, it's not worth the money. I was already alerted at registration by an announcement that the use of towels as cleaning rags was fined. Streaks, huge stains on the carpet, wallpaper torn off at the corners, a failed bedspread, and not just a dot, but a burnt edge. … More ▾ Disgustingly terrible place, we took a standard room, we often visit the coast, there is something to compare with, even despite the discount, it's not worth the money. I was already alerted at registration by an announcement that the use of towels as cleaning rags was fined. Streaks, huge stains on the carpet, wallpaper torn off at the corners, a failed bedspread, and not just a dot, but a burnt edge. View from the rusted balcony of the parking lot, dilapidated, and rubbish between the fence and the building. We were not escorted to the room, they gave us the keys and told us to go to the floor. When she returned, she asked for a rag, at least to wipe the dust, they gave a rag indignant that there was no dust in the rooms, but they did not deign to go up to the room. They put champagne on the counter, without a word, they say come and take it, of course I didn’t take it. Husband taking a shower (the sink is there, I don’t know what it’s called) spilled water in the bathroom. The water stood for 2 days, the drain was not set correctly. The air conditioner did not work, it was noisy, buzzing, dripping with condensate but did not cool.
Of the pluses, the sauna is good, close to the sea.
There is no wifi.

On the second day, the air conditioner broke down, they threw off 20%, but it was impossible to live there during the day. So all 12 days! Breakfasts included in the room price (2500 the cheapest! ), disgusting - milk porridge and old ham without bread, once there was scrambled eggs. The waiters in the cafe behave as if you owe them something. … More ▾ On the second day, the air conditioner broke down, they threw off 20%, but it was impossible to live there during the day. The waiters in the cafe behave as if you owe them something. The room is meter by meter and it's almost 100 bucks a day. The beach is not close. although in advertising they write about 50 meters (measured perpendicularly, probably)
