We are resting at the hotel with a family from July 30 in a quadruple room. I'll start by booking accommodation in advance, in May. We made a small deposit of Rs 10.000. Everything else upon check-in. We arrived by car, the promised paid parking lot is a small square with a tight panty on the lock. We were not expected at the hotel. . . our reservation was not there at all! And if it were not for the confirmation of the reservation and the receipt of payment, we would not have been settled. Long disassembly and finally we were given a room on the 6th floor, right opposite the elevator! Of the pluses in the room - a large balcony and a view of the sea through the roofs of neighboring buildings! The furniture in the room is in a disgusting condition, shabby, and if you pull harder on the handle of the bedside tables, then parts of the bedside table or chest of drawers fall off along with the cabinet. The walls in the room are stained with blood - mosquitoes are killed there! And the maids do not wipe the walls, respectively. There is dirt in the rooms, when the beds were moved everything surfaced, “good” so they wash the floors there! In the bathroom, the shower was probably not washed since the beginning of the season, the tiles were splashed and crushed by mosquitoes, the toilet was not washed even once during our 2 weeks of stay. The dust in the room was wiped only after I asked. Change of bed linen and towels - every four days. Out of habit, on the third day I threw towels on the floor, so they picked them up and hung them back. There is no hair dryer in the room, the maid has it on request. There is also no towel dryer. There is nowhere to put towels in the bathroom. There are 4 hooks and that's it. The hotel has a swimming pool, located on the second floor between the two hotels. There is also a playground there. The pool is small, there is a very small children's section. There is no promised heating in the pool, just every day they pour warm water into it. Near the pool there is a constant wind blower, like in a pipe. The pool water is cold. The sun is there only in the morning, after dinner you can’t lie down by the pool - a shadow! There is a toilet in the hall on the second floor and a shower room, but the bathroom is permanently closed. The maid refers to the fact that there is a toilet on the first floor and there is nothing else to get dirty here, who will wash it? The animation program declared on the hotel website is only for children at 17.00 by the pool according to the schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. No adult entertainment! There is also a small bar by the pool.
Meals are declared a three-time buffet!! ! They cook delicious. Monotonous nutrition, rather fatty and mayonnaise. Meat is not and will not be! Every day a chicken in a different performance. Don't expect chicken breast! There is also liver, bony fish and minced meat dishes (meatballs, zrazy, something like hedgehogs and a casserole). Salads are all in mayonnaise, except for cucumbers and tomatoes - it is in oil. For dinner, wine is sometimes given - two decanters of white and red liter. I didn’t have time, they won’t deliver anymore! The chef sits and watches all the time how much you put on a plate, makes comments! Why take so much, because you can’t eat it. Better come back again. The dishes there are worth their weight in gold, if you break you for it they will simply eat it - so many eyes will drill you! And most importantly, the entrance to the dining room across the street! The dining room itself is small, so huge queues accumulate. You stand and look people in the mouth and wait for them to eat and make room.
The hotel does not have its own territory. On the one hand I went out - I found myself on a shopping street, on the other hand I went out - a parking lot and a backyard. Also, there is no area on the beach. It is 720 meters from the hotel to the sea, of which 300 meters go along the sand, without wooden decks, bypassing the fenced areas of other hotels and resorts. There are a lot of people on the beach during the season, there is nowhere to spit, let alone lay a sunbed.

By the way, also in the hotel frequent interruptions with water. They can turn it off for a day, I had to draw water from the pool in order to at least go to the toilet somehow.
I forgot to add that no one cleaned the pool for 2 weeks of our stay. So a good layer of sand had already accumulated at the bottom, and then a glass was broken there on the side - the glass was removed from the side, but something could get into the pool itself... therefore, whoever saw it, bypassed and swam around this place.
In the room, the carousel does not catch the tv channel, they do not turn it on in the hall on the ground floor, they say the TV is preventing it from working. Wi-fi catches in the lobby on the ground floor, in the corridors on the floors and a little in the dining room. Doesn't get wi-fi in the room.
In no case do I advise this hotel, which positions itself as a 3 *, in fact, there is no star rating here... for me, rest in the private sector at Baba Masha's is better than at the Dolphin Hotel. For the money, the service is not worth it.
