I published this review on the Tripadvisor website, but it existed there for no more than a day and was deleted - readers draw conclusions about the impartiality of such sites !! ! Apparently true - the owners and managers of the hotel prick their eyes and they find a common language with the owners of the sites)))
We were in this hotel in the first half of August 2016 - two adults and a child, a superior room.
1. We arrived at the hotel earlier than 14.00, processed the documents for check-in, there are no rooms available, they took a phone number from us at the reception, they say, go for a walk around the hotel, as soon as the room is ready, we will inform you. Time 14.00 no one calls, 14.30 - silence, while we see that those who arrived at the same time with us and later - are fully populated. We went to the counter to check if our room was ready - they said that it had been ready for a long time (why don’t you call? ), while again they demanded our documents for scanning, because they allegedly only Xerified, but forgot to scan (((

2. Excellent landscaping, hotel layout, many themed corners - such as a windmill, an alpine lawn, mini fountains, something in Chinese style, etc. The whole entourage is fresh, because. the hotel is basically new. When planning the hotel, in my opinion, it was absolutely not taken into account that the Anapa Sea is constantly blooming - the pools were made purely symbolic in terms of size. Do not even think that you will be able to swim in these pools on a grand scale, so just come in to stand, cool off. Four pools in the central square - one for children, one for those landing from water slides and two pools for swimming in which events take place in turn - and even these pools are seven swings long, and the width is even smaller and a lot of people. There is a pool near the children's cafe - also small. There are obviously not enough benches for parents on the playground near the football field.
3. Good numbers, not yet killed. They pick up normally. On the balconies there are metal clothes dryers that have rusty rails from sea salt, many complained among themselves that they inattentively spoiled their clothes with this rust during drying. The minibar is full only when you check in later it serves you as a refrigerator.
4. The food is normal - you will not die of hunger, but there is not much variety, although the first impressions were better. A lot of fatty mayonnaise and other similar food, there is a children's table. Unlike Turkish hotels, where 50% percent are their specific dishes that you pass by without trying, here absolutely everything is edible for us Russians. There are few fruits for August - half-ripe pears; apples, bananas, oranges; semi-hard apricots. Peaches are intermittent, or they are hard - you can break your teeth. At the same time, peaches are always in the children's cafe and are usually soft. Watermelons, melon - about once every three days. For sweet pastries - in particular, for a piece of cake, queues sometimes line up, because. cakes are cut by waiters and given out to each individually, it’s good not to record))) Dishes in closed containers are replenished out of time, sometimes with long delays (soups, cereals) - no one except tourists monitors this. In the main dining room, air conduits are blowing mercilessly - people go from table to table looking for somewhere to sit so that it doesn't blow. At breakfast, coffee machines are constantly buggy, they are repaired in the process, and not in advance. For the first week, the waiters silently approached and took the dirty dishes from the tables, for the second week they asked for each plate - can they be taken away or not - they stood and waited for an answer - and at this time you are trying not to choke to give them an answer, just the gestures did not suit them. When cleaning tables, the waiters clean only the tables, leatherette seats stained with food do not interest them.
5. An acute shortage of transfers to the beach (carried by electric golf carts). In order not to wait, people walk or rent bicycles right there at the hotel for free to travel 500 meters. As a result, cyclists do not have the opportunity to ride with the breeze - especially before lunch, because. bicycles are waiting for their owners on the beach. The logistics of the transfer is built on the principle of a relay baton - two golf cars drive, one has arrived - the other has left. For example, in the morning, when the flow of people only goes from the hotel to the beach, one car stands on the beach and waits until the car arrives from the hotel, and only then the empty one goes to the hotel to pick up the people, instead of taking people to the beach with two cars at the same time. As a result, it takes the same time - what to wait for the car, what to walk - 10-15 minutes.

6. SPA. Almost excellent, but coffee is paid! and tea is free. Put the coffee bags next to the sugar, because they are free on the beach, why are you charging money for this here? The SPA is open from 10 am to 10 pm, but children are only allowed from 12 am to 5 pm, what is the logic? - it is not clear, given the fact that almost everyone came with children. For the sake of interest, I was several times in the SPA from 10 to 12 o'clock - once I was there alone, the second time there was one more person besides me. At this time, the wife and child were waiting outside when 12 o'clock struck. Usually adults do relaxation - zones, and baths and pools are common - if there are not enough funds to make a SPA separately for adults, but you really want to. But here, as well as with the pools, a miscalculation was made - the recreation area is not such by location, because. located between the pool and the baths - a passage courtyard, what kind of relaxation and air conduits blow in full. During the work of the SPA, cleaners arrange wet cleaning of windows and other events related to “a la general cleaning” - in my opinion, such events should be done before the opening of the SPA or somehow imperceptibly for vacationers, it seems that I came at the wrong time.
7. On the territory there is a pharmacy and its own free therapist and pediatrician, paid ENT, paid physiotherapy. They have enough work - they run from house to house, children suffer from gastrointestinal disorders and colds - as an option from air conditioners in the dining room, game club - I repeat - air conditioners blow mercilessly, the climate difference between the premises and the street is decent. Our child also fell ill - the pediatrician said that it was from some kind of infection due to the accumulation of children. Why are there no such infections in hotter overseas countries? In the conditions of living at the hotel, it is stated that there is a certificate for children about the epidemiological environment and vaccinations, the validity of which is not more than 3 days - but no one requires them - maybe because of this?
8. Everything is ok on the beach. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, only the sunbeds were apparently bought as part of the import substitution program - metal with plastic plugs, they resemble an ironing board in design -))) at the same time they are not stable, if the network unknowingly goes to the edge with a cup of hot coffee, then coffee will be on you , and the sunbed will cover you to the heap with its reclining part - all beginners go through this - not necessarily with coffee))). On the beach they give lemonade, kvass, ice cream, hot dogs. There is a doctor, for example, if a jellyfish burns you, when assisting you, he will ask for your full name and room number in order to apparently justify the consumption of medicines - it’s good at least he doesn’t ask you to sign in the magazine)))
9. I heard complaints from guests about the security of the hotel at the checkpoint, they say they are fierce))), they themselves have not come across.

When entering the hotel from any side, through any checkpoint, you need to attach an electronic key to your room, while the hotel bracelet worn on you is not interested in security - apparently scandals because of this, then cancel the bracelets! At the same time, they personally saw in the dark, when there were still a lot of people on the street, children from a neighboring camp, who climbed the fence passing between the camp and the hotel near the checkpoint at the exit towards the beach. Seeing us, they hid on their territory, and when we retired to a decent distance, they again made an attempt to cross the border))) I hope only for the sake of sporting interest. I heard there was a case of a bike being stolen from a hotel rental by someone with a DAUVILLE bracelet. At the same time, when leaving the hotel, no one removes the bracelets from you, i. e. With their help, you can then perform the above actions. When leaving the hotel, you are given a card with the hotel's seal and the signature of the responsible person that you do not owe the hotel anything))), this card must be given to the guards when leaving the hotel through the barrier, otherwise they will not let you out, i. e. security lives on its own, the hotel itself. Is it really impossible to interact in this regard without the participation of hotel guests.
10. Upon check-in, each adult is given an electronic key to the room, each key is credited by default with 15.000 rubles. This limit can be increased. With this key, you can pay for paid services on the territory of the hotel, and upon check-out, pay your expenses with "live money" - in cash or non-cash. Each time you pay for services with a key, you are issued a check on which you sign, a copy of the check is given to you. Convenient - you always carry the key with you, but no money. You can’t immediately pay for paid hotel services with money, only with the help of a key, except perhaps for a pharmacy that works only for cash (inconvenient) and they don’t give cash receipts because they don’t break through.
CONCLUSION: in general - not bad, especially if there is no TURKEY, which hotel guests keep talking about when comparing DAUVILLE with their previous vacation))) It seems that everything you need is there - but the pools are small, sometimes queues in restaurants, non-working coffee machines , paid coffee in the spa, children's time in the spa, clumsy sunbeds, unregulated air conditioners and many other moments, perhaps trifles that blur the overall impression. Perhaps this is a five-star hotel - but not "all inclusive" is exactly like a maximum of "full board +". The hotel is not worth the money they ask for it.
