We have been resting in Anapa at the Dzhemete-Hotel for several years. It is hard to imagine how from a very comfortable and prosperous place for a summer vacation, in the 2012 season, the Dzhemete Hotel turned into a complete disgrace, which now should be shunned by both adults and, especially, children.
To say that the buffet from the Andre company does not differ in variety is to say nothing. The menu consists of an incomprehensible hodgepodge such as "sausage in a cutlet", salads "all in one", liver mixed with meat, etc. There is no meat, the fish is incomprehensible, the chicken is chopped into 80 parts. There is nothing to eat with side dishes (pasta, undercooked or undercooked potatoes, buckwheat). It is impossible not to note the creative approach to the names of dishes by the "culinary masters" of the restaurant "Andre" - the salad "Nesvezhsky" and "missed fish" fully corresponded to their names - the salad was of an incomprehensible color, and there was simply no fish. Intermediate meals in the season 2012 restaurant "Andre" or the local administration canceled. The picture is complemented by dirty dishes - greasy plates and forks, plastic glasses with dried foam from the previous drink. The crooked waiters, who have everything falling out of their hands and who themselves slip and fall on all this, do not cope with cleaning the tables at all. We must give them their due, that unlike the visitors of the "restaurant Andre", who came, sat and left, the waiters work for 12 hours in an unimaginable closeness, since the air conditioners do not work and it was impossible to repair them. In the same heat, Andre's buffet dishes are for hours.
The pool of the boarding house "Dzhemete", which in past years was the main place for children to have fun, in the 2012 season bloomed in a muddy green color and instead of children, tadpoles are happily splashing in it. One morning, on the way back from breakfast, two toads were seen making amorous pleasures on the side of the pool. Thanks to the incredible "efforts" of the administration, chemicals were poured into the pool, after which the living creatures disappeared, but the radically muddy green color of the water and the corresponding smell remained until our happy departure.

As a result of all of the above, up to several ambulances could be seen daily on the territory of the Dzhemete Hotel, which had not previously been observed at all.
Further, "in detail", in order to reduce the amount of text, briefly:
- Constant smell of sewage in the room. It's impossible to fight.
- Lack of water in the morning and evening during the hours of maximum water distribution (4th floor). The plumber seemed to be twisting something, it became easier. Not much.
- Current mixer. Changed to a new one. Leaked again 2 weeks later.
- Insects in the room. From small ants to healthy multi-legged and multi-winged (botany is bad, I don’t know their names).
- TV set. Few accepted programs at one moment disappear on their own, appear also unexpectedly.
- Electricity. Intermittent outages from 1 hour to half a day.
- Air conditioning in the room. Worked for a while, then stopped. Then it worked again and stopped completely.
- Internet. Claimed free wi-fi in the main building, all he could do was show a very low signal level. No more claims.
- Tour guide on site. 3 people changed in 3 weeks. Everyone has little idea - who they are and why they were put in this booth. Prices for excursions are not for children, the level of service is below the plinth. This wonder of the world is called the Vivat tour desk.
- Animation. Due to the grown children, we were not very interested in her, but a girl weighing about 120 kg in tight shorts, dancing the dance of little ducklings, made an indelible impression. A rusty and creaky playground is also at the service of children of a thousand years ago.

The administration of the "Dzhemete-hotel" listens to numerous complaints with sincere understanding, while there are no positive changes. For what the amount comparable to the cost of a holiday abroad was paid, it is completely incomprehensible. I re-read the report, thought for a long time - is it possible to write at least something positive... It turned out that we can note the work of the maids and the precautionary guards, who honestly cope with their duties - linen is changed, passes are checked. A sincere recommendation is to stay as far away from the Dzhemete hotel as possible.
