We rested in Fairy-1 in June (2013) with a child of 3 years. It just looks like a decent place. The boarding house is dilapidated, in a state of chronic repair. The territory is well-groomed, the pool is cleaned regularly. The playground is all shabby, not a single slide rides on it. The staff does not respect the guests, and they have a girl (seemingly younger than 30 years old) for the manager. They are not able to solve problems, to educate the staff too. We were charged 320 rubles upon arrival. per person for lunch (we sat down ahead of schedule and this food was not paid in advance), but when we tried to eat according to the schedule, it turned out in the booklets issued to us upon check-in that there was no food! There were only leftovers on the so-called buffet. As a result, a child for 320 rubles. ate a bowl of pasta. At dinner, the situation was repeated. We tried to refuse food and, in principle, and return the money paid in cash and prepayment for all days of stay, after 3 days of endless "talks" with the administration, the servant boy will put a bag of bananas and 2 oranges on the table with apologies from the administration. They seem to think that this is how things like this should be handled. . The buffet food was not replenished. The guests were let in for 30 minutes. earlier than the due date, as a result, a crazy crowd swept away everything on the table. Only closer to the middle of our "rest" food began to replenish, but not always. Further, governesses are rude and do not strive to fulfill their duties. We only took out the garbage from the room regularly. They refused to change the towels, they swept the floor somehow (!!! , no one has ever seen them with a damp cloth, I’m generally silent about the vacuum cleaner, there was a thick layer of dust on TV a week later), sometimes the sand was swept in the corners. The administrator Tatyana, in response to such information, directly said "have you tried to leave a tip? ". Thank you! It would be for something - I would leave. Further, be prepared for the fact that even the bed linen you will have to change yourself. It took me 3 days to be reminded of the very fact that I had to change it. As a result, 2 governesses came (Inga and Anna, they are apparently afraid to walk alone) and with the words that I should re-lay the linen myself, they simply threw a stack of clean linen on the nightstand and ran away. The appeal to the administrator and manager ended with a yell from the governesses when trying to find out their full names, a malicious smile at everything that was happening administrator Tatiana with the words that she did not know their names. In short, draw your own conclusions. In our standard room, we had a broken toilet bowl, from which water constantly gurgled, a hole in the bathroom wall instead of ventilation, and an air conditioner, from which black balls of dust fell out when turned on. It took 4 days for me to get at least the CORRECT remote control from the TV in my room, they never picked up the air conditioner. About cleaning it - guess for yourself. . . If you are going to Anapa, it is better to rent a room in a mini-hotel, which are full there and eat in cafes and canteens, which are also a dime a dozen there. You will be full and not spend a lot of nerves on solving essentially petty domestic issues. It is very upsetting that in our time, having paid money, we also have to demand the fulfillment of what they were paid for. : (
