Oddly enough, but for some reason it didn’t work out to order a tour through a tour operator, the answer is that there is no confirmation of the reservation, they didn’t indicate the reasons and offered as many as three other hotels, after viewing which the mood completely dropped. But the mood for the requested hotel remained, therefore, I had to organize the booking, flight and transfer myself. I called the hotel, booked a room (which, by the way, was available), ordered air tickets and a transfer to the hotel. I had to be a little nervous, because all these preparations took place spontaneously. By agreement with the hotel, I paid only for the first day, everything else upon arrival - which is very convenient.
From St. Petersburg, flew on schedule with the airline "RUSSIA".
The road to the hotel was 30 minutes. We were brought at about 12:30, filled out the documents, paid for the reservation, received cards from the room, the entrance to the beach, and immediately went to lunch. The food system of this hotel is three meals a day on the Swedish line, the only difference from All inclusive is that you buy alcohol for your own money.
The hotel is located in the city center. Room on the 6th floor, quite spacious, large balcony overlooking the city and part of the sea. There were no issues with the number at all. Russian TV channels - almost everything there is, including Turkish, German and Arabic. There is a mini-bar, but it is paid. Also email. kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, bathrobes and slippers, cosmetics are replenished every day, including toothbrushes and paste. Shaving accessories, comb, iron - on request. The level of room service is comparable to hotels in the UAE. Cleaning, taking out the garbage, changing towels, replenishing cosmetics (gel, shampoo, soap), etc. - everyday. To be honest, we were just pleasantly surprised by this level of service.
The restaurant is a separate issue. Food - there are no words, there is enough of everything, both fried and steamed, and smoked and salted. The food was so tasty and varied that they did not have time to get hungry between lunch and dinner. Chefs - special thanks. The variety of dishes and the level of preparation is impressive, the waiters are ready to fulfill any wishes of customers. Lots of cakes and fruits for dessert, a wide variety of fruit drinks and drinks.
Spa treatments and saunas are paid, by prior order through the reception.
The distance to the beach in a straight line is 1400 meters, if along the promenade, along the embankment, then 1700-1900 m, checked by geolocation. On foot for 20 minutes, without straining along the alleys, in the shade of trees. But it didn’t bother me, walking didn’t tire me. Entrance to the beach is only with passes, since it is private, but there is the possibility of visiting everyone else for 800 rubles per person, open from 09:00 to 22:00. The beach has a swimming pool, sun loungers, mini bars, showers and changing rooms. You can dine on the beach, but first take the tokens at the hotel reception. After 10:30 there are almost no places. The sea is clean, the water temperature is 22-23 degrees, but you need to take corrals with you, because without them you simply cannot go along the bottom of the boulders. We wanted to visit the city sandy beach, where the cost of sun loungers is 50 rubles. per hour, or 200 rubles. per day, but abandoned this idea, because. in the sea there is solid mud and algae, in order to get to clean water, you need to walk 50-80 meters. The weather just pleased, for the entire stay only +26 for one day, all the rest for +30, and just before departure +38, hotter than in Turkey.
The city has many water parks, attractions, shops, cafes and markets. Goods for every taste and budget. The local population is friendly, although there are a lot of vacationers.
The hotel staff is professional, friendly and tactful, ready to fulfill any wish of vacationers.

We were in Anapa for the first time) The three of us went, me, my husband and our 2 year old child. Since the son was very tired from the road, we were settled very quickly. The room was very comfortable and bright. Besides being tired, we were very hungry. We ordered dinner in the room, brought it to us somewhere in half an hour.

Good location, warm welcome and hospitality of the staff, comfortable room, gourmet cuisine in the restaurant "Freesia". The sea is nearby, it is very pleasant to walk along the streets of Anapa. Brought home fond memories of a wonderful holiday.
