And now I will describe the room, as they dared to call it, "junior suite": the wildest stench in the whole room due to a clogged pipe in the bathroom, excellent audibility of everything that is around the room: screaming kids, screaming animators, screaming cleaners, slamming doors, and, of course, one cannot ignore the wonderful chants of people relaxing in karaoke, located opposite.
We decided to leave the next morning. They offered to move to a suite, which is located in another building. Suite is luxury, but it is rather difficult to park a car. All the tiny free parking places are taken. The administrator suggested with a smirk "then put it on a paid one" and left.

We have stayed at the hotel more than once. Hospitality, attention and courtesy to guests are in the first place here. The staff is friendly, cleaning is carried out unobtrusively, regularly. Any request was never refused. The rooms have everything you need. I didn’t bother from the neighboring hotel, because everything was turned off exactly at 23.

We have stayed at the hotel more than once. Hospitality, attention and courtesy to guests are in the first place here. The staff is friendly, cleaning is carried out unobtrusively, regularly. Any request was never refused. The rooms have everything you need. I didn’t bother from the neighboring hotel, because everything was turned off exactly at 23.00. I would like to once again thank all the employees and the owner of the hotel for a great time spent on vacation. I wish further expansion and prosperity to the Karo Hotel. We will come back more than once, for sure!

Allegedly, they agreed with the owners of that cafe opposite and at 11 pm all the music is turned off. I believed her.... and later regretted it very much. We've arrived. We were welcomed and seated. When our room was opened to us, I was a little confused, because it was complete darkness. . in the truest sense of the word. See photo below. The room is very small and extremely dark. During the day there without e-mail. You can't really see the light, and the light from the lamp is very dim. . . She asked us to move to another, brighter room. We were refused, explaining that all their rooms are occupied. In 5 minutes I will know from third parties that there are free rooms! I go up to the administrator and talk about it, naming the floor and the number of the free room.... after that, she reluctantly settled us there, while taking more money. The hotel was chosen with a kitchen with the possibility of self-catering for the child. The kitchen was there (photo attached). . . promised to provide dishes. . . as a result, they gave out a tiny frying pan, with a diameter of 12-15 cm and a depth of about 2 cm. . . it was impossible to cook on it, except to fry one egg, no more. . . I handed it back, asking for a normal frying pan. I was given a large one, of normal size, but so scratched that there was little left of the Teflon and all the layers of which it was made were visible. . . Accordingly, cook on such a frying pan, poison yourself and the child. . . I did not use her. . . they also gave us a kettle, also tiny, there is a photo. . . there they boiled water in several passes and boiled porridge and eggs in the same place in the kettle. . . because there were no pans either.... it's okay, be patient. . . Further, children's new sandals disappeared from the room. I told the administrator about this, to which I received an answer that the child had left them somewhere. . . But I would notice if my child came home barefoot. . . They also said that only I have the key and I myself am also to blame. . . BUT the receptionist and the maid still had the key.... I also "ate" this, deciding not to spoil my vacation.... However, I only have it once a year. The first night at the hotel turned out to be sleepless for me because of the very music from the cafe opposite. . . I fell asleep only at 5 in the morning when the music was turned off. Rattled like in a room. . . very, very loud! In the morning I go to the administrator and ask why I was deceived with music, assuring that the problem with this has long been resolved ???!!! ! To which she calmly replied that this just happened today. . . on the same day I learn from other hotel guests that they are told by everyone the same thing, that it is ONLY today.... They scam everyone every day! The second night was just as sleepless for me and for the baby.... But the problems didn't end there. . . The next morning I left the room early to find where the child could be treated. . . I returned and opened the door to the room and saw the following picture - the closet is on my mother, my mother's eyes are frightened and in tears. . . A closet fell on her and she couldn't get out on her own. . . well the child was in another room. . . I must say right away that we did not use the closet and it was empty, that is, it could not fall from overload. She called the men for help. They lifted it up and it turned out that he could not stand normally, he was staggering. He fell on my mother when she was lying on the couch, crushing her legs. Fortunately, she escaped with bruises and bruises and fright. . . Management didn't even apologize! They said that we moved the closet at night !! ! that they heard strange sounds from our room!! ! The owner of the hotel, an Armenian, calmly told me that we were to blame ourselves and that I could sue!! ! On the same day I moved out of this hotel to another, with which I was fortunately lucky. These are the most arrogant and deceitful people! It is a pity that for several days I spoiled my nerves because of these deceivers!
