Never had such a bad holiday. I have never seen so much dust and dirt, dirty windows, mirrors, washed out torn pastel linen in any sanatorium, where the sheet is 1/3 shorter than the mattress. We understand that there is no way to update the furniture, the interior of the rooms. But it is necessary to observe and maintain cleanliness!! ! Cockroaches in our time is nonsense! But they live quietly in this sanatorium. In the pool, on the sides, the dust is a finger thick, the water is incomprehensible, the skin seems to be smeared with grease. The queue for baths is another story, you can sit for an hour and a half. Rudeness and bad manners of the staff rolls over. In the dining room, crockery was shabby and cracked. The food is always cold (except tea). Contacting the administration is useless, only wasting time and nerves. The staff didn't care about comments. The administrator does not decide anything and does not want to decide. I would never recommend anyone to stay here!! ! Waste of money, time and health!
