We rested with a family of 4, parents and children: a baby 2.10 and a girl 10 years old. Since the sea in Anapa is unpredictable, we decided to play it safe and choose a hotel with a pool, and for good reason. Almost all the time there was a storm and for a couple of days the sea "bloomed" strongly. We were also looking for an option with a kitchen and cafes nearby, in order to be able to choose depending on the circumstances and mood.
We contacted the administrator by e-mail, she answered all my questions in detail, point by point and offered the best accommodation option for us - a triple room "standard" on the 1st floor. The prices there are affordable, despite the presence of a swimming pool: it cost us 39.200 for 14 days, there are rooms that are cheaper, but they are without air conditioning and probably something else... By the way, the big plus of having air conditioning is that you can close the windows during daytime sleep and in the evening so that the noise does not disturb the sleep of the child! For us it was very important.
Upon arrival they paid, everything was as agreed, there were no "surprises" either in payment or in content, everything was as in the description on the sites and as in the photo.

A beautiful large area, grapes grow, flowers, there are swings - to sit.
I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room - I checked for dust before putting things in. There was no dust even on the closet, where they stuffed a large suitcase. It was only possible to find fault with the floor under the bed, and even then it was not very convincing)) When we were washed with special means, the floor in the yard.
The room has a good bathroom, small, but the two of us with the baby were placed there without any problems. The only caveat is that there are not enough hooks for towels, only one ring. Everything is tiled, very neat repair, good plumbing, nice. There is always water, both cold and hot.
The room has nice bright wallpapers, good windows with mosquito nets. A small refrigerator (there is still a common one in the kitchen, if anything), a TV with about 20-30 channels, we did not watch. Wi-Fi catches not ideally, but normally, the kid watched cartoons online usually, a couple of times I had to turn on pre-downloaded to the laptop. All three beds are single, two are pushed together and united by a common thin mattress. The mattress moves out during the night, so in the morning you have to straighten the bed. This is not very convenient, but not critical, at least it does not interfere with sleep. The baby slept with us, as you already understood.
Room cleaning and change of bed linen / towels every 5 days, for 14 incomplete days of stay, we were cleaned for 6 (we moved in in the evening) and 10 days, without reminders, the beds were very carefully remade. In general, the maids are very nice and friendly.
On the street there is a table with chairs, ate only there (if not in a cafe). The room has a large plate and mugs.
On the street, there are ropes for drying clothes (as always, there are not enough clothespins), and dryers of various styles throughout the territory.

Kitchen: there are two of them, one is quite small, the other is bigger. A large refrigerator (there is enough of it, it seems there is always free space there), a small refrigerator in a small kitchen, microwave ovens, two gas stoves in a large kitchen and one in a small one (work well). A table for cooking, boxes for common use products (left by those leaving). Lots of pots and pans of different ages and quality to choose from. We lacked an electric kettle, only the usual type "with a whistle", electric kettles are in some of the rooms, we did not have. There are usually few dishes, everything is constantly "walking" around the rooms, there may not be soup plates, but you can always find ordinary ones. By the way, there is a cafe right outside the gate in the adjoining building, the barbecue there is super! I also liked the Alice cafe on the opposite side of the nearest intersection (diagonally).
Loved the pool! Depth 1.4 meters, children under 12 only with adults. An adult can also swim until the kids come running)) It is usually cleaned every other day, this is enough. The eldest daughter didn’t want to get out of the pool at all, she couldn’t get out to the sea!
They rarely walked on the playground, mostly on a trampoline, there is also an ordinary slide, a swing, a house, it’s quite normal.
Animation every Saturday plus sometimes in the middle of the week, adults are also involved, everything is very fun! Sometimes third-party animators are attracted, sometimes the owner himself entertains, plays with children, and holds contests. I liked the administration, in our case everything was clear and friendly. And I watched several times how the administrator ran, watched what was happening when a child was crying, or one jumped on a trampoline - checked whether he was under supervision and whether help was needed.
The general impression is that it is a good guest house, oriented more towards families with children, there is always a company and a place for children to play. Everything is clean, tidy, has everything you need. The pool is also a necessary thing for Anapa, because. The Black Sea can be cold after a storm, and it can bloom at any time of the year on certain days. If you go to Dzhemete, then we are only there.
