In July 2015, I decided to take my children to a sanatorium for treatment. After reading the reviews on the Internet, I was ready for a level below average, but the proximity to the sea took up over the mind. Let's start with the fact that at the reception everyone looked like "come in large numbers here. " The medical post is a different story. I don’t know about others, but they personally talked to me as if it wasn’t me who paid the money for the treatment, but me and in double the amount. Then they sent me to the doctor, who turned out to be "Mr. know-it-all! I'm aware of all the diseases from the tips of my fingers to the tips of my hair. " they prescribed KUF, inhalations (sorry why, when children have a specific disease that is absolutely not related to ENT), as well as baths and mud applications. children and that's it. . Food is an absolutely unpretentious person, especially with children, we can satisfy our “wants” in a cafe, but throwing something into the stomach for breakfast and lunch would not hurt between procedures. Portions are sufficient for an adult, but sometimes not edible. And after the incident, when during dinner my child, biting off a bun, stretched his hair from one piece in his mouth to another in his hands, we could not visit this dining room. When I approached the reception with a request to take off food and return the money, they told me "today is Friday, I had to come before four, there is no administration and it will be on Monday, and they don't make compensation for food at all. " They refused to talk to me anymore. On Saturday, I left my petition in writing, but they said no one would do this before Monday, and as it turned out, according to the girl at the reception, that the dining room is a separate state and there are their own bosses, who are not subordinate to them. Another interesting fact of our stay is a weekday, we come from the beach to the room, but there is NO water. I again went to the girl on the first floor with the question of how I should wash the children, to which I was given a rude answer "the city turned off the water when it was not known. " I ask you to provide me with a room with spare water, since this is a sanatorium! and it should be, and in general they have a pool (although it is always closed and only a sign), they again answered me in boorish tones "we have no supplies and the dialogue is over" like they don’t talk to me anymore.....Then there was a call to the Rospotrebnadzor and the sanitary and epidemiological station, what a surprise they had that the city turned off the water and promised to fix everything. And after 15 minutes, water appeared in the sanatorium! About a miracle! And it was not turned off again. In general, the result of our vacation - I don’t know a coincidence or legal meanness (sorry) my children caught an adenovirus infection and I was forced to change tickets and fly home with children with a temperature. At night, when it rose to 39 and 6, there were no doctors at the post! We have been at home for more than 10 days and the consequences of treatment in the sanatorium "Mechta" do not leave us. Whether healed, or crippled. There is photo evidence.
