We traveled with two families in August. The staff is polite in communication, cozy clean room, which was cleaned every day. This year, wi-fi was added in the rooms, but so far it works intermittently. The food was excellent, we were full and we did not need anything extra. Cons: There was always a queue for the coffee machine. Excellent conditions for fitness, my friend and I went to callanetics, I really liked the instructor Anna. The medical center staff are very attentive, polite, it was a pleasure to be in such a friendly atmosphere. Kind, sympathetic people work in the children's club "Boniface" who love children and treat them sensitively as if they were their own. My daughter Antonina ran to the club with pleasure, each time she brought new fakes and we were not afraid to leave her in the care of educators. The animation also left the best impression. Talented presenters and actors, amazing costumes for evening shows for children and adults. Animators behave professionally both on stage and in communication with children. We didn't notice any shortcomings. The main thing is the attitude. We went for a good rest - and we got it. Sometimes there were dissatisfied people, but flaws can be found everywhere, if you find fault with everything. Complained mainly about the blooming sea, but what claims can be made to the hotel - this is nature. Also, those who lived in the building near the summer stage complained about the noise from the evening animation. We lived in the building next to the stage, yes, it was audible, but our children had so many impressions during the day that they fell asleep instantly, barely reaching the bed. Summing up: we recommend the hotel to everyone, especially families with children and those who want to think about nothing on vacation.
