I wonder how people live there. On July 23, we were settled in a double room "Romance" with an extra bed for a child, on the ground floor No. 114. The room is approximately 7 sq. It was very cramped in it, next to the beds there was a chair bed for a child over the air conditioner, by the window. Our room was next to the bar, they play music until 23h. The room is hot, but there is a choice to turn on the air conditioner over the sleeping child or open the window where the music is screaming. The bathroom has a shower, which is very small. The water doesn't drain well. In the evenings, the water pressure is very small. The room was cleaned very badly, the toilet was dirty, the rugs were dirty (in the trash), everything was covered in dust. After my request to wash the toilet, they did it a day later. There were blankets on the beds that we were told could not be washed. One of them had a large stain sticky and smelly. There was also a terrible smell in the refrigerator, and there was mold on its seal. Our yard was not cleaned at all, garbage flew from the trees onto the wet linen that we washed. Since we were told to wash clothes for a unit of 100 rubles. In the yard, I had to take revenge myself. Cleaning was done daily, the maid ran in and moistened the floor with a wet rag near the beds. No one washed under the beds during our entire stay. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. For several days we watched silent films. . After I warned the administrator about the malfunction of the TV, she said that it happens. A couple of days after my repeated request, the masters sent and fixed the sound. The food in the dining room is the simplest, sometimes there was nothing to eat except baked chicken. Salads are just awful, from white cabbage, from seaweed, champignons with mushrooms and sometimes vinaigrette and olivier in which there are a lot of potatoes. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go to the sea from the boarding house, about 900 meters. The beach is very dirty, we had to go to someone else's beach "Crystal". On the territory of the boarding house for children there are slides, which is not bad. But near the slides there is a concrete platform on which the animators "entertain" the children. Concrete slabs of different heights. Children constantly fall on this playground and break their knees. The chairs on the site are very old, it is impossible to sit on them. They fall apart before our eyes. The intermediate food point is always dirty. On the table are jugs of drinks without lids. Pancakes are baked there terribly not tasty, apparently only water and flour are present in the dough. But you can go there for kvass and popcorn. In general, I do not understand why people go there to rest for that kind of money. For 11 days of our stay there, we paid 56 thousand rubles. I don't believe it myself. Nothing can be done, we all learn from our mistakes. A few days before leaving home, my daughter developed a rash on her stomach. We didn't eat anything but their food. Now we are treating a sore throat and sinusitis, and my husband has a fungus on his body. People if you want to relax do not settle there, I remember our vacation with horror. There are normal hotels and inns with canteens attached to them. At least you can choose what you want to eat. All hotels are from each other at every step, and upon arrival you can choose and see them on the spot. Before our departure, we sat down in the gazebo near the dining room, when I raised my head, I was surprised. The boards almost fell on our heads. And this is only half of the troubles that happened to us in this boarding house. It's just too much to write about everything. P. S. never go there again and we do not advise you

It takes about 10 minutes to walk comfortably to the sea at a slow pace. The territory of the beach of the boarding house is equipped with sunbeds, large stationary umbrellas, there is a mechanical cooler. Sea with algae, and if they are not removed from the shore, then there is a terrible smell of decomposition of jellyfish. In general, we went swimming in Utrish to the lighthouse, next to the dilphinarium, to the pebble beach, the sea is clean. We are delighted with the food, they cook sooo delicious. Since the number of rooms is large, breakfast, lunch and dinner last for 2 hours. We once came right to the beginning of dinner and were surprised, people were standing in a QUEUE in front of the doors, as a result, crowds were created in the dining room. There is enough food for everyone, even if we arrived 10 minutes before the end of the canteen. In addition, there is an intermediate food cafe where you can drink kvass, beer for free, eat cookies, popcorn, pancakes that will be cooked in front of you. Another thing we liked is that there is a specific program for every day. In the morning, exercises on the beach, but we never got there, we slept for a long time)). In the afternoon, competitions and educational activities for children (sculpting, drawing with crayons, riddles), I even participated in a training master class in oriental dances. In the evening, entertainment programs for children and adults, and next to the mini-suite and romance buildings, live music, karaoke, watching a movie, a disco. There is also a playground with slides, swings, a football field on the territory, you can take badmenton and balls from the children's room.

After 5 days, they didn’t give a damn about the money and left (the cost for 10 days was 57.000 for 3 adults). We lived on the third floor: spiders in the room, dirty plumbing, mold in the shower.

The first floor was not even settled because of the smell of mold and rot (as the maid on the first floor smells of "bloom"). Meals buffet can only be compared with the dining room in a pioneer camp. (during our stay there, several children were poisoned) The territory looks the same. The feeling that we visited the children's "Soviet" pioneer camp.
