My family and I were vacationing in Marco Polo in August. I give the hotel a 4+

- no hair dryer in the room
- lack of satellite TV (about 8 public channels)
Despite these shortcomings, we were very pleased with the quality service and the willingness of the hotel staff to fulfill our desires:
- nice rooms with new furniture
- daily high-quality cleaning
- delicious homemade food
- the hospitality of the hotel manager - our daughter had a birthday during our vacation. (At the same time, we did not focus attention on this at the reception, apparently the staff "calculated" from the birth certificate that we provided at check-in). The animators gave her balloons + a small toy and put on a whole performance for all the children and their parents.
