Only the advertising and PR department works well in this hotel! We also fell for what was written on the site, including reviews, as a result, the rest was ruined, and the money was thrown away! In order not to be unfounded, I will take the text from the site and what happened in reality. I am writing this review here because my attempt to leave an honest comment on Instagram ended in a ban for me. This is how a hotel respects its guests and cleans up reviews.
On the site: "accommodation in spacious comfortable rooms. " In reality: the rooms are small, the shower cabin is dirty, covered in fungus and cannot be washed. There is no water regularly, neither hot nor cold, the reception does not respond to complaints, after 3 days of exhausting conversations and washing the child in an outdoor shower next to the pool, they moved to another room. Water pressure is weak. Bed linen was changed once in 14 days. Laundry - offset.
On the site: first-class food (several variations of first and second courses, salads, fresh vegetables, herbs and seasonal fruits). In reality: such food is popularly called “33 potatoes”. When the hotel is occupied by about 2000 guests, the dining room capacity is 500 people. There were not enough plates and forks regularly, the dishes were dirty, not washed. The food itself is a separate sadness. Little meat and tasteless, little fish and not tasty. There are few fruits, but those that are - you will not get, for the whole dining room there is one small tray that flew away in a second. Soups all 14 days are the same and not tasty. They endured - they endured, as a result, they ate at their own expense.

On site: daily entertainment animation program for adults and children. In reality: the animators worked with children, for adults, once every few days, something like a concert of local "artists", simple and rustic.
On the site: a children's playroom with an experienced teacher. In reality: an elderly woman who acts as a security guard so that the children do not leave the room. She doesn't even fit the kids.
On the site: children's menu and dry mixes on a separate buffet table. In reality: from the children's every day the same chicken soufflé and side dish (buckwheat or pasta). That's all.
On the site: intermediate meals (from 10:00 to 22:00 between the main diet): pizza, Ossetian pies, assorted confectionery, breakfast cereals, cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream, milkshake, dairy products (milk, kefir , fermented baked milk, yogurt), homemade shawarma. In reality: pizza - a hard bun anointed with ketchup, Ossetian pies - I have never seen, confectionery products in assortment - rolls of various shapes, cotton candy - I have never seen, ice cream - in time and you need to have time to get it, homemade shawarma - composition: pita bread, mayonnaise, cabbage.
On the site: snack bar on the beach: hot dogs, pizza, Ossetian pies, crackers, cookies, garlic croutons, popcorn, lemonade, water, tea, coffee, hibiscus. In reality: water in disposable cups, some compote, anniversary cookies and gingerbread in portions in a plastic bag. That's all, and, unfortunately, I'm not kidding...
On site: regular foam show. In reality: in 14 days I have not seen it even once.
On site: access to high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection on site and private beach area. In reality: Moscow MTS and Beeline worked under the same bush next to the laundry, and then slowly dying. To a complaint at the reception, they answered that we had come to the sea, "and not to sit on the Internet. " They say that he pulled tele2, but did not check.
On site: sports equipment rental, luggage compartment. In reality: broken-down bicycles. They were afraid to take it.
