I was in this hotel for the first time, I will describe only the minuses and what I did not like, those things that will not be mentioned in this review are either acceptable or normal and not worth a separate mention.
So, let's begin. I would like to talk about the dining room right away. Personally, the food suited me, standard Russian cuisine, no frills, I am not a hedonist. But many of the other vacationers expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality and type of food. At the time of my stay at the hotel, there were 1200 guests, which is a lot for a dining room that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cutlery and plates were constantly running out, we had to wait for the waiters to bring new ones. And when they were brought, people were forced to stand in line for them. There are also three coffee machines in the dining room, the coffee mugs next to them also constantly ended and you had to wait for new ones, as well as stand in line for coffee. Pancakes were prepared for lunch and dinner in the dining room, prepared by one girl, one for all. There was always a queue for these pancakes. Want pancakes? Wait in line for 15 minutes, darling.
Obviously, the dining room is too small and needs to be expanded, namely, to open new canteens for each building in order to avoid all these inconveniences, there are 3 buildings in total. I would like to highlight the watermelon separately. It was brought only for lunch and in the first 30-40 minutes it was all taken apart and in general it was tasteless. The hotel administration, if desired, could spend money and improve the quality of the dining room, but apparently they do not want to do this.

Next, we have Wi-Fi in the room. Wi-Fi was declared on the site, but it worked only on the ground floor at the reception and on the street, in fact it was not in the room. Obviously, there are some cheap, weak routers that do not cope with their task.
The next item is the shower in the room, namely the shower cabin. 2/3 of the wall of the shower cabin was closed with a glass partition, and the remaining 1/3 remained open and did not close in any way, because of which, constantly when taking a shower, water was poured into the bathroom, and the entire floor was wet. And no, this is not our negligence, other guests had the same problem.
From alcohol there was wine, beer, vodka. As I found out on the last day, Czech beer was poured in the snack bar of the hotel, and baltika troika was poured in the snack bar by the pool. After a few glasses of Baltika, I didn’t feel well, before that I didn’t experience such problems because of beer.
There were a huge number of children in the hotel, for me personally it was a minus, but it’s rather my fault that I didn’t prepare and didn’t find out in advance. The next minus follows from this.
The hotel's website advertised a games room with billiards, table tennis and air hockey. In the game room there is one table from these "entertainments", and you will not be able to play it because of the large number of children who constantly occupy them.
Separately, I would like to highlight the PS4, declared on the hotel website. In fact, she was not there, when we asked about her, we were told: "The children broke it. " Everything. Although it is listed on the site : ).
There is no free alcohol in the snack bar on the beach, only paid. Although this is the same alcohol as in the hotel, you just have to pay money for it.
The rooms have thin walls, we were constantly awakened by neighbors with a small child at 7 in the morning, and other neighbors could hear the TV from behind the wall, which also interfered. By the way, there were only 20 channels on the TV, although maybe I'm spoiled.

The entire staff was unfriendly, as if we owed them something or had done something wrong to them. I perfectly understand the human factor and that people get tired, but not from morning to evening. To set up a safe in the room, you had to call the reception and wait for the jeweler (a specially trained person) to come and make the damned safe. At the same time, you could wait all day, but in the end no one came.
Summing up, I would like to say that if desired, most of the minuses could be corrected, but no one wants to do this. The hotel clearly does not deserve 4 stars, maximum 2. For this money you can go to another better place, which I advise you to do.
