I want to share my review of my stay in this "wonderful" hotel. I really liked the attitude towards myself during the check-in and the first 2 days of stay - there were very polite girls at the reception, they fed us breakfast in the morning (so-so, but for this money it will do), the room was cleaned every day (as it turned out, this is the problem ...). On the penultimate day of my stay, I noticed the belt was missing! I just didn't find it on the chair where it hung in the morning! Breaking all the bags and packages, making sure that he was really gone, I went to the reception. A girl called "Nika" on the tag (later she refused to disclose her first and last name, citing the fact that I could threaten her later))) She promised to report everything to the management and try to find my loss (at first everything was kind).
I asked to return the belt to its place by my arrival at the hotel, I came right before leaving for the airport, turning to her ran into complete inadequacy on her part, at first she said that my belt was probably behind the closet (! ! ! WTF ! ! ! I look like an idiot who, undressing, throws things behind the closet ??? ) Then she said that I stole it from myself (it doesn’t smell like a mind), then she took out her phone and, grinning, began to shoot me on camera, releasing phrases with a mockery . . I was in a hurry to the airport, so I did not call our gallant police, leaving this matter for later. At the end of all my business trips (after 5-6 days), I decided to write a complaint to the hotel management, I was contacted by a "nice" girl Anna, who with all her being tried to show her participation and sympathy, with promises to understand and help.
But a few days later the answer came with the wording that "no one else entered the room", although it was cleaned while I was not at the hotel (just then the belt disappeared), and "things were not taken out. " What kind of fool would carry a belt in an upraised hand in front of the camera??? ! ! ! They also wrote that they "took explanatory notes from the administrators and the maid, " which of course did not take my belt))) Otherwise, they would have confessed: "yes, I took the beautiful D&G belt, thanks to the owner!


They also found facts of unreliability in my claim - they compared the camera readings and my descriptions of events, but I could come to the room not at 17-00 as I wrote, but at 17-20, in general, nonsense!

But they apologized to me by phone, although I asked to reimburse the cost of the belt if they could not find the belt itself. Thank you for this, of course.
But here's what I'll say - the belt disappeared in this hotel and this is a FACT, whether they compared the readings of the cameras in time or not, the belt disappeared from the back of the chair where I hung it in the morning, and when I arrived in the evening it was not there, and the room was cleaned!

It angers me that when I arrive at a hotel, why the hell should I hide not only money and phones, but also personal belongings !!!? ? ?

I think it would be better if the hotel administration reimbursed me for the loss if they value their reputation, which they naturally did not, which means that the hotel is of the lowest standard, and low people work there who simply rob their guests, and petty theft (apparently based on the fact that they won’t notice a trifle, but I noticed, because this belt was dear to me as a memory ...
