I'll start with the good. The only plus point for this hotel is the location! Historical center, all attractions nearby. Everything else in it is a minus. The hall gives the impression that you entered the entrance. They were not waiting for you at the reception. They are waiting and smiling at everyone, but not Russian-speakers. The gloomy design of the corridors. And a room, from the windows of which a view does not at all of St. Isaac's Cathedral, but of a gloomy courtyard. And all this "beauty" cost 9.000 rubles ($ 3.000) for 4 nights !!!! ! But the breakfasts were good.... If it were not for the splendor of one of the most beautiful cities on earth - St. Petersburg, then I would hardly have been delighted with this trip. Petersburg overshadowed all negative emotions about the hotel. This city must be seen with your own eyes. AWESOME!! ! But, given that you will spend most of your time on excursions, and you will only come to the hotel to sleep, you can choose something more comfortable and cheaper than Angleterre.
