The hotel is disgusting! Immediately upon arrival, we had to wait a long time for accommodation, and after receiving the coveted key to the room, we went to the elevator, but it was out of order. Waited 20 minutes. We decided to climb the stairs to the 7.5th floor. With huge bags and suitcases, we got up and saw that the door to our block was locked, and, as you understand, we did not have a key. Well, we wait another 15 minutes. All of us were exhausted by the train journey and excursions immediately after arrival. I wanted to lie down, but the door was still closed. By evening, we were finally able to get into our "room". (We had a quadruple). It was terrible: there was not enough space, the beds collapsed, the eaves fell on people when they wanted to adjust the curtains, there were huge cracks in the walls, there were no handles in the window, so you had to live in stuffiness, the floors creaked, the furniture was so old that in cabinets had plywood instead of shelves; one could find shorts or a sock in the mattresses. Of course, we were disappointed and expected more. But what to do. . . It could still be experienced. But when we went to the bathroom, my mind went haywire. There was no bathtub or shower, the toilet was all dirty, the water from the tap was yellow, not to mention the smell that was there. It was impossible to wash. Subsequently, we bought an air freshener, it was impossible to just go to the toilet even for a minute! But this, too, can be lived through. . . The last thing that finished us off was the food at this hotel. The food was so disgusting that people didn't eat for 3 days. We went to dinner at McDonald's in the evenings. At the end, I will add that the staff is not very polite.
