The staff is not friendly, there are walls, windows, doors in the room. the carpet is dirty and for 5 days the room was not cleaned even once! The water stinks and you have to wait a long time for hot, a 30 cm sink is more like a washstand, not a washbasin! the shower flows straight to the floor and the dirty short curtain doesn't save anything - the whole bathroom is wet! Elevators break down, and if they go, they go where they want, and not where you need to.

In the restaurant, breakfasts are meager and monotonous, we never even got cupcakes, and if we ran out of sausage and cheese cuts, we were in no hurry to add them, and by the end of breakfast time, there was only bread left! in general, the whole impression of St. Petersburg was blurred because of this hotel. Of course, I will still come to the city on the Neva, but not to this hotel.

I booked a room through the hotel website, for 1400 rubles per room per day, at first I thought that some kind of wiring, for this money in the season, and even with a buffet breakfast for two, and I confess I thought it would be horror, not a room, but surprisingly very worthy! Now, in order, the hotel itself is a 25-minute bus ride from the Moscow railway station, we would have a double standart room, room 711, the room has a large double bed, a refrigerator, a TV with 12 channels, a wardrobe, two cabinets , new furniture, clean bathroom, expensive tiles and plumbing (shower), I liked the room! for a solid four! I advise everyone, on the day of departure the room cost 3000 rubles, but this amount justifies itself and will not disappoint you! I have not been to other 3 star hotels in St.
