The room is spacious, the bathroom and toilet are combined, also quite spacious. It's cold in the room, it blows terribly from the windows. There is a fridge, but when you turn it on it only heats up. The TV is not a plasma of course, but a decent number of channels. Linen and towels are changed on time. Plumbing wants the best, from the dishes and appliances there is nothing but one glass (in a double room)))). Curtains smoky to death, bedspreads burnt through - this begs the question: is there a fire alarm or is it a design element?
There was no hot water for two days (planned work in the city). No one warned in advance, when trying to get comments on this, only rudeness was heard from Anna's manager. Not a single hint of an apology, an attempt to help. A sincere opinion that the lack of hot water is not a problem of the hotel, but a problem of the CITY!! ! I will clarify that this is not an emergency shutdown, but planned work!
