The hotel was chosen because of its location - near Lavra, metro (transport hub), Nevsky Prospekt (Staro-Nevsky district), the Neva River. On bus 27 you can get to St. Isaac's Cathedral, to Theater Square, having swept through the center of St. Petersburg. Unfortunately, from the moment of check-in, disappointments began - the system was "buggy", the computer "hung", the administrator was sadly smiling, apologized (sorry that it took so long....). When I saw the room, I was very surprised - it is tiny, tiny; just one chair, tiny TV. Air conditioning was out of order, persistent rubber smell from the flooring. Alas and ah! ! There are 200 rooms per floor. We got the 6th floor, all populated by children. They rested - ran, jumped, shouted, had fun. The children are. . . The soundproofing is zero, but the door still just "wobbled". There are no water coolers on the floors, no kettle in the room. . . Our friends turned to the administration with a request to provide a kettle, got a refusal, made a scandal (Give me a complaint book!!! ) and. . . got what we asked for.
Now about the good. The breakfasts are wonderful - a rich selection of delicious pastries, salads (or rather, grated vegetables and herbs, plus swept or butter), 6 types of drinking yoghurts, pancakes, sausages, pasta, cereals (up to 3-4 types), cutting (2 types of sausage, cheese) excellent feta cheese, muesli, flakes, milk, juices, tea, coffee. . . I liked it, thank you.
The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily (5 pcs), the room had a refrigerator (excellent) and a hairdryer, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and soap). It was nice to have a safe.
