I rested together with my daughter in July 2010. By the way, I don’t know how it is now, but then this hotel had 3 stars. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Moscow railway station and the metro. And this turned out to be the only plus. We lived in the Ligovsky building on the 2nd floor, in an ordinary 2-bed room. Rest came at the hottest time. The room itself is not bad and the cleaning was flawless, but there was no air conditioning, and the windows overlooked Vosstaniya Square, Ligovsky and Nevsky Prospekts with all the ensuing consequences - with open windows we were suffocating from burning and deafened from the noise, with closed windows we were sweating . Fans at the reception theoretically could be rented, but they have already been taken apart. We were offered to change the room to a suite with a huge overpayment, but we refused. Breakfasts a la "buffet" in the restaurant "Du Nord" were completely inedible, but you could have lunch and dinner for cash there very well and at reasonable prices. Maybe the hotel is not so bad, but apparently we were at the wrong time and in the wrong place...
