My husband and I were in this hotel for Christmas in 2012 - the impressions are simply terrible! To check in, we stood in line for 40 minutes in the hallway, the room got 15, when we opened the door, we buried our foreheads in the closet, the room turned out to be very small. The door to the bathroom did not close, so I had to wash and relieve myself with a half-closed door. Shower gels, shampoos, a hair dryer, etc. , had to be asked from the administrator on duty, they just didn’t put them in the room after cleaning. Towels were changed every day, but we never saw the promised bathrobes! About the dirty bedspread on the bed and the same blinds on the windows even now I remember with horror, it was terrible to touch them! For breakfast every day there was gray milk porridge or cereal with milk - I had to eat in a cafe! In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
