We rested in the mini-hotel RA on Kuznechny... There is no sign on the house, if we hadn’t looked at the photo of the building, we would have been looking for a very long time... When we entered the entrance, we felt uneasy: a shabby, dirty, old building . . At the reception there was a girl with a displeased expression on her face - hello to them, not goodbye... When we checked out, they didn’t say anything at all... Nafig work like that if they judge them about the hotel by you... The initial opinion turned out to be correct.
We had a "Lux" room booked. . . Of course, I understand that for such a price it's not worth waiting for something there, BUT, sorry, when the batteries on the stairs are turned on, and they have to the closets where they sit, the temperature is like in the bath, and in our room it was 16-18 degrees, what is it? They came up, they said that it was very cold in the room, they asked for a heater (which they are obliged to give), here's their answer: what do you want? The central heating has not yet been turned on in the city, and there is no heater anymore... All 4 days we lived in such an oak forest, at night only a blanket saved us, it’s good that we weren’t there during the day... There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, that is, the temperature was like in room; nothing dried up... My boyfriend and I naturally caught a cold... And, as luck would have it, we got heating at the end of the last day.
The door to the room is white, with glass inside, which are sealed with white paper, the room is located near the stairway, everyone walks, you can hear everything, the smell of smoke from the stairs was always in the room... Yes, this is not a hotel room, this is a room. . . I have a door to the toilet and that is a hundred times better...

The bed creaks terribly... If a young couple is going to go to St. Petersburg to relax, then choose another hotel... The atmosphere is not at all for this... It seemed that everything we say about what we do is heard.
Breakfast sous 8-9.30... Breakfast is normal, but every day the same one... Tea or coffee, biscuit, porridge in bags, their processed cheese bread... We had enough... Breakfast was distributed on our own floor, at the end of the corridor, that is, from 8 everyone went to them, we no longer slept.
The room was cleaned well, only the bathroom was not washed... The room itself is furnished: with one double bed, 2 bedside tables, a locker, a table with two chairs, a TV and a small refrigerator... Both are terrible, and the truth is like in a communal corridor apartments, creaky floors.
In short, the impression of the hotel is the worst. . . The boorish attitude of their service by unfriendly girls at the reception offended. . . hotel.
