A hotel for people who came to St. Petersburg to look at St. Petersburg, and not at the hotel! The excellent location of the hotel allowed us not to use public transport. Our room was a 2-bed "comfort". Let me just say, it's a great room! Pretty fresh renovation, furniture. There were 3 of us, for the 3rd there was a huge sofa (not such a folding bed as in 5 * in Turkey). In the room there is a refrigerator (small, Soviet-style, but cold "like a beast", we did not use it), a TV, a comfortable chair (it seems to me that it is also folding), a coffee table (coffee and tea) table, wardrobe, cabinets. The whole set. New lamps, decorative pictures on the walls - in general, everything is fine. The bathroom has modern tiles and fixtures quite fresh. The only thing is an old bathtub with restored enamel. And the tap water is yellow. Hot water was always available without interruption. We were so tired from walking that we didn’t give a damn about such minor flaws. Breakfast is very good, varied and plentiful. . Considering the mentality of Russian tourists (I watched with horror the mountains of pies, bread in their plates, then I realized that they take it with them), I had to come early.....so as not to eat miserable leftovers. After a few days of our stay, the tourist retreated home and felt better))) The view from our window was not good, because the window overlooked the backyard. I don't see this as a big disadvantage. I recommend this hotel to all true connoisseurs of St. Petersburg.
