Every summer we go by car to Karelia, to the lakes, and every time we look for an overnight stay in St. Petersburg. You won’t overcome the track in one run, but in the center there are either no options at all, or as an option - a night in an underground paid parking lot will cost you almost like a hotel room. This year, we decided to look for a hotel closer to the exit and with a guarded parking lot. We found the hotel on the autotravel forum. People stopped and praised. In general, not in vain. Parking is excellent, the main thing is large and free, 10 minutes to the exit to the Ring Road. There is also an hourly rate, which is important, because paying for a day, and staying for one night is expensive. When we read information about this hotel on the forums, we did not have much hope for comfort - after all, three stars. We were preparing for the fact that it would be a very modest "Soviet" hotel. But it turned out that the hotel is very decent. We got rooms that have just been renovated. Especially the early breakfasts. We left at 8 in the morning, and at 7 we ate calmly without a queue. And there was just a huge selection! We arrived late the day before and didn’t even have time to have dinner, so in the morning we hadn’t appreciated the whole buffet yet - we didn’t set off : ). We could hardly assess the conditions in the rooms adequately, because in the evening all we wanted was to stretch our legs. But in the morning in the bathroom there were sets of towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo and all that. We took rooms "standard +", this is practically an economy class compared to the rest of the room stock, but apparently the standard is already new, with a refrigerator, comfortable lorries, a TV. And our friends even had a safe in the same room.
