We stayed at the hotel in April this year. I want to say right away that the room was not quite clean, of course, everyone has different requirements for cleanliness, I won’t say that I’m a nitpick, but there were obvious gaps. During the three days of our presence, the maid was once and then only to pick up the trash, there was no shampoo in the room. We were given two tiny bars of soap for three days. The towels had holes. The drain in the bathroom was so clogged that the water did not drain for several minutes. As for the restaurant in the hotel. the restaurant opened only for breakfast, no opportunity to have lunch or dinner, this is a big minus for the hotel. I had to find somewhere to eat. At the reception, the girls never know anything, no matter what you ask, they look at you with surprise and blink their eyes. In short, for beauty, they sit apparently. The trip to St. Petersburg was for the purpose of tourism, the impressions of the city are very positive, and the overall impression is spoiled by the hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND
