And the question here is not greed and unscrupulousness - in no cafe you will be considered an individual order as "complex". For the rest, please do not cover up your immoral behavior with unprofessionalism and, allegedly rudeness, of the staff of our hotel - you come to rest with us, we think so, and not arrange something incomprehensible.
